Agreement

These terms govern your use of Pick Service Log (the "app"), provided by Bacalles Ventures LLC. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is for

The app helps you record and organize service history for vehicles and farm or ranch equipment: dates, work performed, costs, parts, filters, attachments, and reminders. It is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for manufacturer service manuals, professional inspection, or manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.

Your data and your responsibility

You own the records you create in the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own backups — use the built-in backup export regularly, especially before uninstalling the app, replacing your device, or clearing app data. We are not responsible for data lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or uninstallation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse engineer or resell the app in violation of applicable app store terms, or to interfere with the app's normal operation on your device.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bacalles Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data, loss of profits, or equipment downtime, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or change the app at any time; because your records are stored locally, uninstalling does not affect your ability to export a backup beforehand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bacalles Ventures LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
